A young woman has pledged not to bow to the pressure of owning a home, as she believes renting provides her with greater freedom. Natalia Czech, 34, who has rented all her life, has no intention of ever purchasing a property , despite having the financial means to do so. She maintains that staying off the property ladder offers her more flexibility and is better suited to her lifestyle.

Natalia and her husband Dominik Sawoska, 35, value being able to move around whenever they like, be it for work or personal reasons, and enjoy six to nine holidays a year rather than saving for a deposit. Renting just gives me so much freedom and better opportunities.

"We can rent a place that's probably nicer than a place we could buy and we don't have to worry about needing to move for a job opportunity." Instead of spending months saving up for a deposit, the couple prefer enjoying day-to-day luxuries in life including holidays. Natalia said: "I typically go to six to nine holidays or city breaks a year.

"I recently flew to Munich to Adele's concert and I'm staying in the south of France next weekend for my main two-week holiday. I also eat out most of the weekends and treat myself from time to time with some more expensive stuff." Natalia believes that remaining off th.
