A young woman who has rented all her life has said she won't bow to pressure to buy her own home - because renting gives her more freedom. Natalia Czech, 34, has no plans to buy a property despite being able to afford to do so. She believes that remaining off the property ladder allows her more freedom in life and suits her lifestyle better.

Along with her husband Dominik Sawoska, 35, Natalia values being able to move around whenever she likes, be that for work or personal reasons. Natalia, who works in the building industry, said: "My husband and I could save for a deposit in about 10 months but we don't want to." She continued: "Renting just gives me so much freedom and better opportunities.

We can rent a place that's probably nicer than a place we could buy and we don't have to worry about needing to move for a job opportunity." Natalia said: "I typically go to six to nine holidays or city breaks a year.

I recently flew to Munich to Adele's concert and I'm staying in the south of France next weekend for my main two-week holiday. I also eat out most of the weekends and treat myself from time to time with some more expensive stuff." Natalia moved out of her childhood home near Wroclaw, Poland, at the age 19 and has lived in eight different rented properties .
