"There are just too many drugs coming over the border," he said. He argues tighter borders would minimize the influx: "If they had the border closed, all this stuff wouldn’t be coming in. I’m sure it’d be around anyway, but not as much.

" Phil said Trump's policies will "keep all those drugs from coming over so other parents don’t have to go through what I went through." Tessla left behind three young children, now cared for by her ex-husband. Remembering Tessla, Phil said: "She was a wonderful person.

She loved to sing. I played guitar myself, and she used to sing with me. Just a great person — until the drugs go.
