Korean Automaker Hyundai has finally revealed the much anticipated Hyundai Ioniq 9 electric SUV . The Ioniq 9 is now the flagship three-row EV SUV from the brand. It will first be launched in Korea and the United States in the first half of 2025 and will be launched in other markets by the end of 2025.

There are no any details on the India launch yet and the EV SUV will also be showcased at the LA Auto Show which will begin from tomorrow i.e., November 22.

In terms of design, the Ioniq 9 is based on Hyundai’s new design language with sleek, aerodynamic and smooth-flowing lines. At the front, it features a large closed-off grille paired with sharp and sleek LED headlamps with Parametric Pixels that give the Ioniq 9 a modern, almost sci-fi look. It has a coupe-like silhouette with SUV-like proportions which gives it a unique appearance.

It features a distinctive rear end with vertically stacked LED pixel taillights. The new Ioniq 9 measures 5,060mm in length, 1,980mm in width, and 1,790mm in height, with a 3,130mm wheelbase. Hyundai boasts a drag coefficient of 0.

259 Cd for the Ioniq 9, making it slightly more aerodynamic than the Mercedes EQS SUV. The EV SUV gets 19-inch alloy wheels as standard. However, interested customers can opt for 20-inch and 21-inch wheels as an optional extra.

The EV 9 is offered in 16 exterior colour options and has seven interior colour schemes. Moving inside, the Ioniq 9 is offered with six-seat and seven-seat configurations with claimed 1,899mm .
