Created by Hoffman & Associates, a nationally known developer of mixed-use communities, and Concord Hospitality, an award-winning hotel management company, High Rail brings a fresh culinary experience to the heart of the reimagined Seaboard Station area. This rooftop destination pays homage to Raleigh’s historic Seaboard Air Line Railroad while offering locals and visitors a unique, elevated dining experience.
