New Delhi: Burping is often considered rude but surely cannot be considered unhealthy as it indicates that food has been or is being digested. In some cases, the burp can be too loud too smelly, or even painful and uncomfortable, but according to a 2020 study published in Springer, burping up to 30 times in a day is normal. Although it can seem like a lot for once, but it is nothing to worry about.
