A Manchester bar owner has said it was 'a dream come true' after bumping into a well-known television star in the city centre this week. Karl Considine, the owner of Love From, a pioneering alcohol-free bar concept, said he couldn't believe it when TV star and broadcaster Davina McCall stopped him and gave him 'the biggest hug'. The snap, which shows the pair smiling as they take a selfie, was also shared by Davina on her Instagram account.

It comes just a few weeks after Karl had to close the sober pop-up bar based at the Kampus neighbourhood, due to 'tough' operating conditions. As well as offering alcohol-free drink options, Love From hosted cocktail masterclasses and art workshops to create a space for people to socialise without alcohol.
