HOW did all the mess start for the 33-year-old mayor-elect of Bamban, Tarlac, Alice Leal Guo? On March 14, the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC), together with the Philippine National Police (PNP), raided the Zun Yuan Technology Inc. located just a few meters away from the Bamban Municipal Hall after one of its workers was able to escape and report to the police the ongoing illegal activities, particularly kidnapping, inside the 7.9-hectare property.
