A newly-released American Christmas romantic comedy used several locations across Ipswich for filming - but how did the town look in it? Christmas at Plumhill Manor is a movie produced by US TV channel Lifetime and can be viewed in the UK on Amazon Prime Video. The story follows the story of an American architect Margot Stone, played by Fantastic Four actress Maria Menounos, who is summoned to the UK to take care of a manor in a fictional town called Plumhill left to her in her aunt's will. While in the manor, which is in fact Crow's Hall near Debenham, she meets and falls in love with the ground's keeper's son Alfie Bailey, played by Hollyoaks and Emmerdale's Kyle Pryor.
