But now one distinctive property, a Grade II-listed former manor house, is up for grabs. Widely considered to be one of the grandest buildings in North Wales, Plas Tan y Bwlch is located within the Eryri National Park. It was once a private house for the Oakeley family in the 18th century, but in later life, it became the Snowdonia National Park Environmental Studies Centre.

Now the Eryri National Park Authority (NPA) has decided the time is right to pass the property onto new owners to oversee the next phase of the property’s journey, North Wales Live reports.
