House of the Dragon fans are quite unhappy with the underwhelming conclusion of season 2. The HBO series concerns itself with the legendary civil war of the House Targaryen that is about to tear Westeros apart. But even after the conclusion of two seasons, fans have precisely seen none of it flourish onscreen.

Recently, in a digital press conference, House of the Dragon creator Ryan Condal defended the no-action, no-conclusion season 2 finale revealing the climax wasn’t what was originally planned. It took two seasons but things are finally motoring toward the impending dance of the dragons. Daemon is ready with his army in the Riverlands, meanwhile, Ser Tyland Lannister has secured an alliance with the Triarchy for Prince Regent Aemond.

Looks like #HouseOfTheDragon S3 .
