During a press conference on Monday to discuss the season two season finale, showrunner and co-creator Ryan Condal revealed that there will be two more seasons before it concludes with season four. He also confirmed that the third season is still in a writing stage and the plan is for it to go into production in "earlyish 2025", meaning fans still have a long way to wait until they get new episodes. When asked how many episodes the third series will be, Ryan responded: "I haven’t had discussions with HBO about it.

"I would just anticipate the cadence of the show, from a dramatic storytelling perspective, will continue to be the same from Season 2 on," Variety reports.
