, Hospice of the Western Reserve, a community-based nonprofit, officially broke ground on its new Hospice Care & Community Center. Located on the shores of Lake Erie in Cleveland's North Collinwood neighborhood, the state-of-the-art facility on Lakeshore Boulevard is part of the organization's $18 million Quality of Life capital campaign. The new care center will be built on lakefront property adjacent to the current Hospice House on East 185 th Street, on land that Hospice of the Western Reserve already owns.
It will replace the existing Hospice House, which has served Northern Ohio for nearly 30 years..
