Forensic teams in the Dominican Republic are working to identify the remains of over a dozen mostly decomposed bodies from West Africa aboard an abandoned narco-vessel captured on the northern coastline of the Caribbean country. The Dominican Republic Navy (ARD) said that authorities have found at least 14 skeletons on a vessel of unknown origin and manufacture approximately 10 nautical miles off the coast of Rio San Juan on Tuesday.
