Photo: Courtesy of Homolog Continuing the art of fashion, creative director Emily Cheong — the woman behind the powerhouse Homolog showcased its Fall/Winter 2024-2025 couture collection at the Tennis de la Cavalerie. Alongside her skillful team of designers, Cheong paid homage to two themes: “feng shui” and “astrology.

” The collection encompasses an array of motifs that allude to both themes while simultaneously continuing the essence of the brand’s haute couture workshop, where thousands of ideas are encapsulated into a collection that signifies elegance and nobility. Farradèche, with a backdrop of cascading tennis balls — an art installation designed by IMG Focus.

The installation epitomizes the the nine stars of the Big Dipper, highlighting feng shui elements that are prevalent in East Asian countries including Malaysian, Singaporean, Chinese, Thai, and Indonesian mythology. Interestingly, each of the nine stars has different names, represents different colors, and is associated with varying qu.
