Sharing a snap of him lying in the grass, with buttercup flowers around him, Martin wrote about how thankful he was for another year. He captioned the social media post, saying: "Another year goes by and I thank my lucky stars and the angels that I’m still here to celebrate". Fans were delighted with the sweet update, as they wished him well on his special day.
