Neighboring the Yellow Breeches Creek — renowned for its trout fishing, Allenberry Resort and Boiling Springs, the Porches of Allenberry is the “destination of a lifetime.” A “serene and luxurious lifestyle” awaits in this Craftsman-style, single-family home community.
Garman’s Arbor model is the recipient of a pair of PA Parade of Homes awards for its price category: Best Exterior and Best Interior. The Arbor home cuts a distinctive craftsman look with board and batten siding, white exterior molding accents, black framed windows with white molding, a high-peak roof with two shed dormers, and most importantly, the large wrap-around porch with black metal roof.
