For months, fans have been speculating that Mali and Kirby may end up together, after their respective relationships with Theo and Rose don't work out. The one glorious thing about Summer Bay apparently is that if you break up with your partner, a new one is usually just around the corner, despite the small town population. Good for them! Anyway, ICYMI it, during all the drama that was , a new character, Abigail Fowler was introduced, the wild child younger sister of Levi and Eden. Already Abigail is causing havoc and seems to be hiding something, because we all know no one new can pop up to the Bay without a secret of some sort. Which leads us to this potential new romance.

While fans thought things would spark between Mali and Kirby, others were happy to see that he and Rose appear to be over (for both their sakes). "I think they are well suited.
