Hollyoaks actor David Joshua-Anthony has seemingly quit the Channel 4 soap after just one year. The actor joined the series back in 2023 playing the role of Andre Clark, the estranged brother of Vicky Clark. During his short tenure on Hollyoaks, Andre was involved in serval major plotlines including the reunion with his sister's dad.

However now, it's been reported by The Sun that the actor will be leaving Hollyoaks in a few weeks. The young actor is one of many cast members leaving the Channel 4 show in recent weeks.

More than 20 cast members of Hollyoaks have been axed while the show itself has been cut to just three 20-minute episodes per week. Previously fan favourite Iz Hesketh announced on social media that she was "unemployed" and "looking for work". Writing on Instagram: "Kitty has left the village.
