The restaurant chain gave franchisees a choice to streamline their menus by opting out of breakfast in order to “have the flexibility to focus on key drivers of growth.” Locations that have decided to remove access will do so starting in October, but Taco Bell says only a small minority of franchisees have decided to nix the morning meal.
