Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) on Sunday announced that it will run 155 additional buses to reduce the chaos before the occasion of Diwali. The decision was taken due to full booking of the available buses. The additional buses will start running from Tuesday, and the online booking for buses has already started.

Most of the buses traveling from Delhi to Chandigarh are full, and the additional buses will operate apart from the timings of the regular buses. 60 additional buses will run from Delhi on October 30 for several districts of the state. Seven regular buses will run from Delhi to Palampur, one for Jogendranagar, one for Pathankot, seven for Baijnath, seven regular, and one luxury bus for Dharamshala.

Two luxury buses will run from Delhi to Kullu, and five extra regular buses will run for Sarkaghat. 29 of the additional buses will be operated for several districts on October 29, and the remaining 41 buses will be operated .
