Saturday, August 17, 2024 Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino is undergoing a significant $100 million enhancement project, which includes the addition of a 161-unit oceanfront tower set to be completed by fall 2025. The new tower, overlooking Palm Beach, will feature 18 oceanfront suites among seven room and suite categories, offering an elevated “hotel-within-a-hotel” experience. The design will incorporate midcentury-modern elements and include swim-up pools and an exclusive adults-only rooftop club.

Additionally, the resort’s existing Bonaire and Curacao towers will receive updates, with the Bonaire Tower expected to be refreshed by early September and the Curacao Tower by early December. The Aruba Tower has already undergone guestroom and lobby refurbishments. During the construction phase, the south pool from the bridge to the Curacao Tower will be closed, along with cabanas A through J.

Some rooms with direct access to the construction area will also be unavailable. New dining concepts are being introduced as part of the enhancement. The breakfast restaurant, Laguna, has expanded to offer dinner service, and the former Gilligan’s will reopen as Shore Club in mid-2024.
