There were 65 diners in total, and six stalls selling a range of luxury goods, from Tropic skincare to handmade bags, textile goods, and artwork produced by Bury makers. Entertainment on the day was courtesy of local singer, Greg Berry, who got everyone up singing, dancing, and just having a great time! Bury Hospice’s inpatient unit clinical lead, Nellie Savory, and community fundraiser, Rachel Krafft, gave powerful speeches on the day, spreading awareness about the hospice, and highlighting both the importance and impact of your thoughtful fundraising. “It was a really nice opportunity for the ladies to get together for nice food and some daytime drinks provided by Cosalea Café Bar and Caterers, as well as great entertainment from Greg Berry.” In addition to all the different shopping opportunities available on the day, the attendees could also take part in the raffle, and play the tombola.
