Former bombshell was left raging at a discovery on her ex Scott Sinclair's iPad. The couple, who were together for more than a decade and share three children together, split up back in 2022. Helen, 33, has now recalled how she stumbled upon Sinclair's new flame after they broke up.
"I saw who Scott was seeing on the iPad. We were split up for over a year and then I saw a very beautiful girl, glamorous and very very pretty girl," she told Charlotte Dawson on her Naughty Corner podcast. "And I saw all the pictures and even though we were separated, and even though I had dated, I still rang him up and said, 'I f*****g hate you' on the train, and everyone must've thought this woman is a psycho.
" The actress confessed she had to "let the psycho out" because of their history. Back in April 2024, Sinclair was rumoured to be cosying up with bikini beauty Louise Tarver after the pair were caught on camera together. Last year, Helen opened up about their split, calling it a tough but "mutual decision" for the sake of their little ones.
Chatting to The Sun, she confessed: "Personally, I felt as a mum that this was the best thing for my children." She added: "I want them to see healthy relationships and to be in healthy environments. I think if you're unhappy then that projects on to them.
" Helen continued: "Especially when you have daughters, you feel like you have to set an example. I always ask myself, 'What would I want my daughters to do? What would I want for them? ' I'd want them.
