Helen Flanagan has admitted she saw red after discovering that her ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair had started seeing someone else, following their split. The former couple, who were in a relationship for 13 years, parted ways back in 2022 four years after he popped the question and together they share three children; Matilda, Delilah and Charlie. In a discussion about finding things on iPads, Helen, 33, recalled how this was the way she discovered that Scott, 35, had moved on.

She spilled: "I saw who Scott was seeing on the iPad. We were split up for over a year and then I saw a very beautiful girl, glamorous and very very pretty girl.

"And I saw all the pictures and even though we were separated, and even though I had dated, I still rang him up and said, 'I f*****g hate you' on the train, and everyone must've thought this woman is a psycho."
