Former Coronation Street Helen Flanagan admitted she had to 'let the psycho out' after what she discovered on her ex Scott Sinclair's iPad . Helen and her ex-fiancé Scott had been separated for over a year when she learnt that the father of three children had apparently moved on with someone else. The pair to call it a day on their relationship after 13 years together in 2022, four years after they'd got engaged.
Speaking on Charlotte Dawson's Naughty Corner podcast, she said: "I saw who Scott was seeing on the iPad. We were split up for over a year and then I saw a very beautiful girl, glamorous and very very pretty girl. "And I saw all the pictures and even though we were separated, and even though I had dated, I still rang him up and said, 'I f*****g hate you' on the train, and everyone must've thought this woman is a psycho.
" But Helen, who shares her three children with Scott, claimed her reaction was 'natural' and that she had to to let her 'psycho out'. In March this year, Helen opened up about her mental health struggles in a post on Instagram , saying: "So basically I really struggled mental health wise December/ January xxx I felt really not great in my head over Christmas and I didn’t really feel that much different when I took the kids away for new year xxx I had a lot of difficult things going on things I just can’t talk about on Instagram." She added: "I felt terrible, so I was due my theatre tour which I was excited about so when I came back from holiday .
