Heart Evangelista 's international domination in fashion continues. For January, the Global Fashion Icon fronts the cover of Elle Indonesia and Harper's Bazaar Vietnam. The Indonesian franchise of the beauty and fashion magazine described Heart as a "Filipino icon who moves effortlessly between film, art, and fashion.
