North Somerset Council's Health and Wellbeing Survey will be sent out to randomly selected residents from October 31. The survey aims to help the council understand residents' needs and shape future decisions and service design. North Somerset Council will use this information to make data-informed decisions and reduce inequalities. The survey is aimed at adults in North Somerset and the selected 5,000 households will receive a link to complete it.

Councillor Jenna Ho Marris, executive member for homes and health at North Somerset Council, said: "If you receive a copy of the survey, please complete it as soon as you can.
