1 2 Prayagraj: Justice Krishan Pahal , a high court judge , emphasized for the use of Hindi in courts and said that no rule stops one from preparing the plaint in Hindi and presenting his/her side in any court in the state. Addressing a programme organised by high court unit of Adhivakta Parishad on its foundation day at the library hall of HC bar association on Wednesday evening, he said, "We should try to use our mother tongue in the court." He was here as the chief guest of the event.

Highlighting the importance of Ahivakta Parishad, he said that it was formed to provide justice to even the person standing in the last row of the society. Adhivakta Parishad can play an important role in the training of young advocates, he added. Discussing the law making process, he said that there should be a detailed discussion before making any law and advocates should play active role in it.

In his address, he further cited the inconsistencies in many laws and suggested the advocates to study various subjects and increase rationality. He inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp. Additional advocate general Mahesh Chandra Chaturvedi and ex-president of high court bar association Radhakant Ojha were present as the special guest on the occasion.
