HBO Max Schedule July 22-28 2024: New TV Shows & Movies Being Added By On July 26, Friday, HBO Max viewers can check out both the film Knox Goes Away and the fourth season of Walker. Knox Goes Away is a crime thriller following a contract killer named John Knox (Michael Keaton), who is diagnosed with fast-moving dementia. At the same time, Knox gets an opportunity to redeem himself from his cold past by saving his estranged adult son’s life.
Unfortunately, Knox also ends up contending with the police attempting to arrest him, in addition to his declining mental health. Meanwhile, Walker is an action-adventure crime-drama series starring Jared Padalecki as Cordell Walker. In the series, Walker is a widower and father with a moral code who returns to his native Austin after a two-year undercover job as a ranger.
Not long after, Walker learns of messes in his personal life and attempts to get them fixed. Also releasing on HBO Max this week is Charlie Hustle & The Matter of Pete Rose. This is a documentary miniseries following Pete Rose.
This miniseries covers Rose’s 60-year history and explores in depth his on-field achievements in baseball and his off-field troubles. The series also seeks to understand how and why Rose became a pretty controversial figure.
