Their requirements consisted of individuals from solely the New Jersey area to play extras in the upcoming Adam Sandler movie. Individuals with no acting experience were welcome to attend the August 20 auditions between 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

This was a paid opportunity, wherein Non-SAG actors would receive $176 per 10 work hours and SAG-AFTRA members $216 per 8 hours. Interestingly, this open casting received massive responses from actors, who came out in huge numbers at Hyatt Regency Morristown. The hotel also shared an of a massive queue around the venue.
