Marvel Studios has at least three films coming out next year, four if you count the slim chance of “Blade” making its November release. The first of these, is the upcoming “Captain America: Brave New World” which marks the fourth film in the Captain America series and the first feature Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson in the lead role. One of the big inclusions is none other than legend himself, actor Harrison Ford, in the role of U.

President Thaddeus ‘Thunderbolt’ Ross – taking over the role from the late William Hurt. Ford will reprise the role later in the year in the “Thunderbolts*” movie. Asked by on why he decided to join the superhero genre, and more specifically the MCU, Ford offered a fairly trademark answer: “I had watched other actors, brilliant actors have a wonderful time.
I’m not a brilliant actor, but I thought I might have a good time. I’m delighted by what we’ve done. The movie’s gonna.
.. kick ass.
” The comments follow a clip posted online this week by Marvel celebrating the company’s 85th anniversary. That clip featured a first look at Ford’s Ross in his Red Hulk form in the film – something which caught some social media users offguard. “Captain America: Brave New World” is set to open in cinemas in February next year.
