Wednesday, October 2, 2024 Yesterday marked a significant milestone for the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon as it held its “Topping Off” ceremony at the construction site, celebrating progress on the highly anticipated venue set to open in late 2025. Spanning over 700,000 square feet, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon will feature 150,000 square feet dedicated to gaming. The casino will host 3,000 of the most popular slot machines, 48 table games, and a range of video poker options, making it the second closest Class III casino to Los Angeles—just under an hour’s drive away.
The first phase of development promises a variety of dining experiences, including the signature Hard Rock Cafe and the upscale Council Oak Steaks and Seafood restaurant, alongside a Rock Shop and more. The second phase will see the addition of a 400-room hotel, further fine dining options, a pool, a spa, a cigar lounge, and the impressive 2,800-seat Hard Rock Live venue, which will host concerts, comedy shows, and sporting events. The project is anticipated to generate around 2,000 construction jobs, overseen by the Penta Building Group, a Southern California company.
