In 1963, Harry embarked on a new journey, moving to the United States to build a successful and respected career as a restaurateur. He opened and operated several beloved establishments throughout the Hudson Valley, becoming known for his warmth, generosity, and dedication to his community.
One of his proudest accomplishments was his time at Four Brothers Pizza in Valatie, a local institution. In 1978, Harry married the love of his life, Kassiani "Casia", and together they built a beautiful life rooted in love, family, and service to others. His kindness, caring nature, and selflessness were known to all who crossed his path, though he was equally fearless and brave in the face of challenges.
Harry is survived by his devoted wife, Casia, and their three daughters: Eleni (Dimitris) of East Chatham, NY, Kyra (Dimitris) of Roxboro, NC, and Stella (Christopher) of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. He was a proud grandfather to his cherished grandchildren: Maria, Kostas, Kylie, Christian, and Alexander. He was preceded in death by his brothers.
