The Punjabi Singer formed his own musical group in 1991 with his cousins, friends and brothers. The Indian singer was awarded with the Voice of Asia International Ethnic and Pop Music Contest in 1994. Daler Mehndi is the brother of singer Mika Singh and Shamsher Singh.
