The 58-year-old actress was married to the 58-year-old French actor from 2013 to 2016, and they share 10-year-old son Maceo. Berry is claiming that Martinez is causing 'detrimental harm' to their son with his latest motion to delay an upcoming custody hearing. Martinez, on the other hand, filed last week that Berry is taking advantage of him by not allowing him time to prepare, and, 'attempting to bootstrap her way into an immediate hearing" to give him the 'absolute minimum.
' Berry made headlines just last week by seeking sole custody of their 10-year-old son Maceo. DailyMail.com has reached out to reps for both Berry and Martinez for comment.
