GTA 6 is reportedly delayed (Image: ROCKSTAR) Grand Theft Auto 6 may have been delayed by Rockstar Games . While I've always suspected GTA 6 would likely fall victim to a delay or two, Rockstar parent company Take-Two recently told investors that the game is still on track for an autumn 2025 release date. However, a new report suggests Rockstar Games has internally delayed the new Grand Theft Auto until 2026, with a PC version to follow in 2027.

That's according to a writer from a dedicated GTA website, who claims the information was revealed to him by multiple developers across two different studios. On the plus side, the post claims GTA 6 will launch in early to mid-2026, which means the delay may not be too significant. "PC is planned for around 12 - 18 months after the console launch. This information comes from multiple devs across two studios." While the source has a fairly decent track record with GTA leaks, it's definitely worth taking this with a pinch of salt, at least until Rockstar Games makes an official announcement.
