A groundskeeper has been recognised for his 60 years of service. Terry Farrow, a groundsman at St Faiths Crematorium, has worked at the site since 1963 and said he has no plans to retire. He said: “When I started, I never imagined I’d still be here after all these years.

"Gardening helps keep me active and there are many mental health benefits to being outdoors and surrounded by nature.” During his time at the crematorium, Terry has seen it grow and change, but his job is about more than just tending to the grounds.
