By Our Correspondent,Bhairahawa, Sept. 17: Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel has said that the private sector is excited after the formation of the new government. Inaugurating the 71st annual general meeting of the Butwal Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Rupandehi, on Monday, DPM Paudel said that there had been signs of improvement in the economy in recent weeks.

He expressed his confidence that a strong government consisting of two major parties in the parliament would complete the remaining term. Stating that the government would move forward by solving the problems of the people, he urged industrialists to invest with hope and confidence. “After the formation of this government, people have become enthusiastic.

The present government will complete the remaining term and will solve the problems of businessmen to accelerate the economic activities in the country,” he said. DPM Paudel said that there was a challenge in development and prosperity due to the absence of a stable government in the country and now the two big parties in the Parliament, Nepali Congress and UML, have come together for stability, development and prosperity. Stating that political instability is an obstacle to prosperity, he said that the government was trying to move ahead with the development of the Motipur Industrial Zone by addressing the existing problems.
