Govinda’s manager Shashi Sinha confirmed the news and stated, “Ramesh ji has had a heart attack in the past, and this time an Angioplasty was done, however, unfortunately, he could not survive it.” He further added, “I have known him (Ramesh) from Aankhen days, but he was working with Govinda even before I joined him.
