A Nigerian gospel artist based in United Kingdom, Sidi Nathan has revealed that he is currently working on his EP that should be out in January 2025 but before then he is going to release two singles titled, I’m a miracle and taking over. Nathan, speaking on why he is into gospel music, said it was God ordained. “In Jeremiah 1:5 God said before he formed me, and before I came out from my mother’s womb, he has sanctified me and ordained me prophet unto nations.

So, God made this happened and I am fulfilling purpose.” On gospel music in the UK, he said: “Gospel music in the UK is not as it is in Nigeria. We have different people from different tribes and tongues, with different religions and different musical background, so very few people accepted gospel music but we won’t stop preaching through songs.

” Advising gospel singers, he said everyone has their calling, though not everyone God has sent to the church to minister. “So, I am saying know your calling, go out there and follow it with all diligence.” On the challenges doing music abroad as an African, he said music has a universal language that doesn’t change, so everyone can flow with the tune in as much as it is pleasing to the ears.
