Sophie is best known for appearing on the hit reality programme alongside her brother Pete Sandiford. Viewers are used to seeing the siblings giving their views and hilarious quips on the Channel 4 show, which they've both featured on for more than seven years.
And away from the cameras, Sophie is loved up with boyfriend Ben, whom she has been dating since 2022. In one episode of Gogglebox that year, Pete had a cheeky dig at Ben. Recalling his first encounter with Sophie's new man, he blasted him for lying about his height.

" On Thursday evening Sophie shared a rare clip of herself and Ben. In the video, the two were on a carousel, and could be seen smiling and laughing. Captioning the post, Sophie simply said: "Giddy up", before tagging Ben.
Fans have flocked to the update's comments section, with many saying Ben looks familiar. Kelly said: "Thought it was Peter at first" and Sarah said: "Omg he is your brother's double". However Anne said: "No I think he looks like [fellow Gogglebox star Ellie Warner's partner] Nat".
