The official made these remarks on the sidelines of the Maritime States Development Council meeting, held in Goa on September 12 and 13 . On the first day of the event, Union Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Sarbananda Sonowal , visited the site where the state-of-the-art terminal will be built.
