Kooble - formerly known as 5pm.co.uk until a recent rebrand- is a well-known voucher site offering cut-price bookings and ‘Big Deals’ for hospitality venues like the luxury hotel Cameron House.

A statement added to the site on Friday, August 2, confirms that the company is in administration , and Glasgow World reports 27 job losses at the firm, reports Glasgow Live. Some punters have reported that their deals have been cancelled without refund. One follower posted on X, formerly Twitter: “Has Kooble gone into liquidation? I am a customer and can’t get a hold of them! They have not paid a deal that I bought and it’s been cancelled.

” Another replied: “Same here - hotel cancelled my reservation. Trying to get a refund but can’t get any response from Kooble and phone ringing out. Looks like they’ve went bust.

” The statement on Kooble’s website reads: “Donald McNaught and Graeme Bain of Johnston Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND have been appointed as Joint Administrators of 5 P.M. Ltd.
