New photos of BTS members Jimin and Jungkook have surfaced on social media, showcasing their experiences during their mandatory military service. Currently, both stars are undergoing their 18-month training alongside fellow group members Suga, V, J-Hope, and RM. Jin, the first BTS member to enlist, completed his service and was discharged on June 12.

Jimin and Jungkook, who were the last to join, began their military duties in December of last year. Fans were quick to share the images, with some fan accounts posting them on X (formerly Twitter). ARMY spotted a new badge on Jimin’s uniform, which many speculated indicated his status as a special forces soldier.

They also discussed the possible requirements necessary to earn such a badge. That is special forces soldier mark on top of Jimin’s unit mark! ⭐️ pic.twitter.
