General Hospital put together a reunion that’s been in the making since 2015. Next week, Genie Francis ‘s Laura Spencer will reunite with her son Lucky, played by Jonathan Jackson . Keep reading to find out more.
.. EW confirmed that the two characters would be together onscreen again for the first time in nearly a decade.
Genie is a longtime veteran of the sudser, having made her onscreen debut in 1977. Her character welcomed Lucky with former partner Luke Spencer ( Anthony Geary ), and Jonathan made his debut as Lucky in 1993. This marks his first time returning to the show since 2015.
Lucky had a sister named Lulu, but she was last seen on the show in 2020, played by Emme Rylan . Jonathan announced his General Hospital return back in June. He is expected to be back for a “long” run.
