Dubai’s most iconic resort aims to elevate its culinary legacy by partnering with one of the world’s most esteemed chefs, offering a cozy 27-seat fine dining experience. Reservations are now open for November, allowing guests to anticipate a modern European tasting menu infused with Japanese influences ahead of the official launch.
Björn Frantzén is celebrated for pioneering immersive dining experiences, and FZN will continue this tradition. Upon arrival, guests will ring a doorbell, entering a stylish hallway adorned with gold accents and rich maroon hues. An elevator ride will take them through a lush, green corridor, culminating in a living room that resembles an upscale apartment, decorated with vibrant colors, playful patterns, and striking art.
Here, guests will be treated to canapés before being introduced to the day’s fresh ingredients. Throughout their visit, diners can savor the unique ambiance of FZN, enhanced by a playlist of 300 songs personally curated by Björn, featuring a range of international music from The Smiths to Guns N’ Roses, creating an energetic atmosphere. Following a guided house tour, guests will enter an intimate dining room that accommodates only 27 patrons.
