A family friendly Halloween event full of thrills and frights is coming to a zoo this half term. Drusillas, near Alfriston, is welcoming back its annual Shriek Week with scares for all ages, including a haunted house, live actors and a spooky spider den. Guests can step inside the Haunted Heights lair and meet the zoo’s resident witches Hocus and Pocus.

The park will also undergo a ghoulish makeover and will offer some "frightful photo opportunities".

Visitors can be in with a chance of winning a family ticket for four by taking part in the Shriek Week competition for the best Halloween photo.
