Sidhant Gupta on Tryst with Destiny speechIn an interview with Zoom, Sidhant shared that in the show, he was concerned about nailing the Tryst with Destiny speech, which is actually studied around the world. He said, "I think it's one of the most celebrated speeches in the world. And to just find my way to that point and deliver that speech.

That was not a challenge actually; [it was] really delightful once I found a need to understand what it really meant towards that speech. One is in the words..

. tryst with destiny in the first line; it's just a very romantic word. So, earlier, using those words and just making it very personal, the entire journey of the country was covered in that speech.

" The Jubilee star also shared that he didn't watch other actors' portrayals of Nehru, like Roshan Seth and Benjamin Gilani. He added, "I did this the way Nehru's written in this; I felt this person." ALSO READ: How Sidhant Gupta Agreed To Play Nehr.
