This exclusive event will take place for just two evenings, Thursday, September 19, and Friday, September 20, 2024, featuring a specially curated omakase menu by Chef Kato. Raised in the Kantō area of Honshu, Chef Kato has gained international acclaim for his mastery of Japanese cuisine, with professional stints in Four Seasons establishments across Tokyo, Mumbai, Doha, St.
Petersburg, and Geneva.
